The role as a Research Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, delivering safe, high-quality clinical care to trial participants. Regulatory Lead at Aotearoa Clinical Trials
Your role will be integral to maintaining a wide range of stakeholder relationships, NZ's Health and Disability Ethics committee, Research offices and Clinicians to Industry Sponsors. You will pride yourself in your ability to communicate to all parties at all levels, whilst leading the regulatory process for initial submission and ongoing requirements for the clinical trial sites.
Additionally, you will be supporting the trial start-up process including contracts, budgets and third-party agreements. Working with like-minded individuals who are driven to transform health outcomes for New Zealand.
Requirements include:
- A related tertiary qualification in the biological or biomedical sciences
- Experience in Regulatory process for Clinical trials in NZ
- Experience in working with the pharma or medical device industry
Research Associate at Aotearoa Clinical Trials
Your role will be critical in providing support to the Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of all studies. Responsible for accurate data entry, data query resolution, liaising with the monitor, resolving monitoring queries and maintaining trial supplies, you will pride yourself in your ability to work autonomously whilst delivering results within required timeframes, under the guidance of a lead study coordinator.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for organising patient appointments, undertaking participant visits (where appropriate), assisting with recruitment, participant visit kit preparation, labelling, ordering and destruction. A multi-faceted role with an incredible team, all values driven to deliver organisation outcomes.
About you:
- A related tertiary qualification (BSc or higher qualification, or other health related qualification, ie: Pharmacy, Nursing)
- Previous experience working in a research or administrative role
- Passionate about medical and science advancement
Study Start-Up Associate
This is a full-time role for a Study Start-up Associate at Aotearoa Clinical Trials - Middlemore Hospital Site. The Study Start-up Associate will assist with all trial set-up activities, business development and reporting.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in a clinical trials setting is a plus
