eClinical Support Analyst/Quality Assistant role – Middlemore Hospital

Role Description

The eClinical Support Analyst/Quality Assistant role is responsible for supporting digital systems and Quality Processes across all Aotearoa Clinical Trial sites. They ensure smooth operation of clinical systems, provide frontline IS support (with a primary focus on ACTT’s Clinical Trial Management System) and contribute to quality assurance and documentation processes.

This is a 1 year fixed term role with 0.5 FTE as the eClinical Support Analyst and 0.5 FTE as a Quality Assistant.

 

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • BSc or MSc in Biomedical Science or Health Science
  • MUST be based in New Zealand during application
  • Previous experience working in research or IT is preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of the healthcare environment
  • Learning mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organised and strong time management skills
