Investigator Capability
Investigators & Departments
ACTT works in multiple therapeutic areas and across most departments in association with the hospitals we partner with.
How we work with our investigators
Many of the doctors we partner with are employed by Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (the public health service of New Zealand).
ACTT has agreements in place with all doctors that:
-
Outlines their investigator responsibilities as determined by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) requirements
-
Outlines the relationship between ACTT and the investigator
-
Ensures confidentiality of all protocols, IP and correspondences as outlined by the signed Confidentiality and Disclosure Agreement (CDA)
-
Ensures up to date training and adherence to GCP
Each trial also has a Project Agreement in place – between the Principal Investigator and ACTT.
This agreement confirms:
- Details of the trial including site staffing and sub-investigators
- The target number of participants
- The recruitment timelines
- A recruitment plan to ensure
that the target is met
